Erik Sussman

Erik Sussman is the CEO and Founder of the IFW and brings over 26 years of financial services experience, success, and insight to his role. At the age of 22 Erik entered the financial services industry after graduating from the University of Maryland.​

He started his career in New York City as a junior financial professional and just two years later was promoted to sales management and started mentoring others. In 1998, at the age of 26, he became the youngest-ever Executive Vice President, for an international financial services conglomerate, guiding the direction of the Southern California Region.​
